Chris Hannibal is a skilled magician and dynamic public speaker. Hannibal is a veteran of street, restaurant, and bar magic, and he brought his unique perspective in Magic, Storytelling, Philosophy, and so much more.
His lecture was titled “Having an Old Friend for Dinner!” From cards to coins to improvised props, his stellar performance demonstrated not only classic effects but wrapped them in captivating stories. He explained his way of crafting routines from cherished memories. Creativity breeds greater creativity. He explained how his life experience has enriched his magic and that ours can as well. He gave very useful advice on proper treatment of audience volunteers.
Next month’s meeting will be our Annual Close-up Contest. Here’s an opportunity to flex your magic and display your own creativity before a live audience.
